What do you think my first choice should be?

Cam gears need a dyno to fully take advantage of since there's no way to correctly set them based on other's experience. Everyone's settings are different and can produce the same results.

Throttle body is quick and painless. Adds power automatically. Just don't forget to properly seal it.

Is gonna improve dramatically the response and breathing of your car. Power gain is immediate.
Plus, it is a useful mod if you keep it normally aspirated or if you go forced induction.

If you go forced induction, your cam gears become unnecesary.

Then how come in my countless SCC and Super Street mags, Most of the featured cars that run forced induction have adjustable cam gears???
 
I think it's because the TB wasn't released yet at the time of the article. I might be wrong though!
