Could anybody help me out? What should I do next? I have the following.

Focussport plugwires
Focussport coolflo intake
Focussport exhaust
Focus Central throttle body
and a few other little apperance things.

i'd say a header as well....

Focus Sport Race header, and cam gears. Those will give you the biggest boost out of anything you've done yet!

cams and cam gears. Best bang 4 buck. Plus when u pop ur hood, the power is hidden!

no cams yet you won't see as good of power gains unless you complete you intake and exhaust setup. get the headers first then the cams and cam gears.

don't get the gude cam's

there regind's and the bottom end tq. sux royally. gude bad, very bad!!

I'm looking into some cams from ford racing or crower in the future to replace the one's i have now!!

any one want some gude cams???

i already have the gears but im crazy so im most likely get stage 3 crowder cams

or if i don't feel risky i get the stage twos

IMO don't waste any more money on the engine until you have traction. Get a Quaife.
