What to do?

I'm so ****ing pissed off right now. So if there are spelling errors or such, please ignore them.

Okay, on Monday my transmission went and I had it towed into Barton Ford. So, on Tuesday they said that the lastest I would have my car back by is Friday. And yet, I have no car.

They never gave us a loaner car either. I had to call the salesperson, who is a family friend, at Beach Ford and he got me a loaner car in 15 minutes, which I have been trying to get all week.

So Barton Ford tells me that I can come pick up the loaner car this evening. Well, I just left there and seeing how I'm not 21, I cannot drive it. Now, the David, the salesperson and family friend said that it would be fine for me to drive it and not to worry about it since it was my car in for service.

They also said that they are going to rebuild my transmission with new parts. So who knows how long that will take. They say Monday or Tuesday, but until then, I will have Barton Ford's ass.

I'm am over this ****. I want my ****ing car back. Not only did those ****ers not give me and loaner, but they have been giving me different dates for my car to be ready every day.

What should I do? Is there anything to do to let those horse ****ers know that I want my car back? I mean the Service Manager ****ing laughed when I was there over this.

What do to?
****ing relax for starters.
Your car died on Monday. They're going to rebuild, not replace the transmission. When did the parts get in? If they've had the parts since tuesday and have just been sitting around then get pissed. But if they still don't have the parts then there's not much they can do now is there? It would be quicker and probably better in the long run to just replace the whole transmission with new by the way. If they'd pay for it that is.
Trannys take a long time. Mine car was in for two weeks getting rebuilt, but hey, I'd rather that then four grand out of my pocket.
It is just frustrating. Everyday is a new answer and the date just gets longer and longer.

Sorry I went off.
trannys only take a long time at the dealer. I had mine rebuilt at a local shop in 2 days. and no, it wasnt a rush job. YES, the parts were all new. it worked great after that. fast service, good parts.
This isnt all bad.

yeah it sucks, but the 21-year old thing is the law. But they shouldnt have said it would be ok. I dont understand that. The first thing my dealer asked me was my age when they offered me a rental.
True, it is the law. But yet, when we signed for the loaner car it then came under our insurance.

With that being under our insurance, the insurance is in my parents name and I am under them technically making it our car for that time period correct? So why can't I drive it.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Just go with your mom pick it up and then drive it, they wont know who is driving it.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Because you're not 21. Who's name is the car registered under? If its you, you're out of luck. If your mom's name is on it, SHE can get a rental, but you cant drive it. Maybe your mom can drive the rental and you can borrow her car?

But if you get caught driving the rental, you're in DEEP ****.
