I agree with Blue.. wear items are generally not covered under warranty. At least the friction disk will not be. There is a possibility if the pressure plate goes bad early, that could be replaced, but you'd have to check the verbage in your warranty.
But the clutch disk won't be covered at all, for the simple reason that Driver A might drive nice and keep his clutch perfect for 60K miles + whereas Driver B drags, and dumps his clutch at every stop-light and every gear change. And fries his clutch in 5K miles. They just can't warranty it
