Wheel Spacers - how much \"space\" / $$$?

someone mentioned wheel spacers here the other day... I may want them since I cannot get wider wheels...

Where can I find them for the Focus zx3 (how much $$?)? What "size" should I get?

I use hucentric spacers from FK. www.fknorthamerica.com
They have spacers from 10mm up to 35mm. A pair of 10mm hubcentric spacers are $80US.
