I just got a Stewart Warner- Guage Ultra Shift and I cant figure out where to hook up the signal wire. It said to the negative of the coil but all I see is a ground wire on the right and 2 hot wires next to it. Its the same as a standard shift light.....what do I do???

Replied to your PM

If you ahve a Zetec powered Focus you can plug the wire into PIN48 in the ECU.

Then all you have to do is set your primary gauges to test mode. Turn the key all the way to off, press the tripodometer button and hold, while holding turn the car on. All of your gauges should swing from one side to another and your odometer should read "TEST" Cycle through all the test functions by pressing the trip button until you get to the digital tach. Set the Ppr on the GUS to match the revs of the GUS to the digital tach on the dash. IIRC it's like 2 or 2.5 Ppr.

How do you like the G.U.S.? Is it the 2-1/16" one? I'm considering installing one in my a-pillar pod, I'm having second thoughts on the AFR that I bought to go with the Autometer D-PIC.
