The subject says it all. My best friend has a stock ST header [from an 06] laying around, and I was wondering if putting it on my 04 D23 ZX3 would make any more power?
Will adding a ST Header on my D23 ZX3 make more power?

Well, the only real difference between the ST and the PZEV was the manicat and the intake... make those match and you'll get the extra power.
One small challenge though... your PZEV has three O2 sensors, the ST manicat has two. Either disable with a tune or add a bung and try some trickery.
