It will probably reach high cat 3 or low 4 while out in the Gulf. But NOAA is saying it seems like it might die down to a 2 or even a 1 before hitting Florida because it will be running smack into a big cold front which will weaken it.

Hope everybody takes shelter and comes out ok.

Im with Andrew I could use a few days off from school/work all of it!

Its now CAt 5 175MPH and it supposed to accelerate into the coast pretty hard core which sux for whoever gets it but its supposed to be a quick storm taking less than like 2 hours to crosss FL so flooding wont be so bad! I hope we catch some of it I need so drama up here!

I hate this coast anyway and would rather be with my gf and make sure she is safe along with my friends over on her coast.
plus i can leave my car in her dads shop so thats a good thing.

why are you going to the coast that no matter what will be hit? Miami area is pretty much a garunteed hit, the question is where it will hit on the east coast. You safe bet is to tampa or above.

Yep North seems to be the way to go. I am in Ocala hanging out with some cousins. It doesn't seem like it is going to be to bad anyways.

Everyone just needs to be smart and let us know how they are doing.

I will be back home on Tuesday unless Wilma changes her mind again.
