It's only for residents of Ottawa, Ontario. Besides, a "2 year lease" leave you open to other issues, like what happens if you go over in miles, or what happens to damages upon lease return. Oddly enough that's not in their Rules & Regulations.
People are better off with the Ford of Canada "Follow The Fiesta" contest, where you win one outright.

Already signed up for the Follow the Fiesta contest. It would be a fitting replacement for the rally wagon.
