Hi! I'm looking to buy a lock nut kit with all nuts

OR

a set of 16 short lug nuts

As my friend has new wheels and wants to get the center cap on top of those nuts...

I have a set of short SVT Contour lugs, used, but $25shipped to vermont, maybe slightly higher to Canada.
