^^^Without doing proper retrofits or showing legitimate knowledge of High Intensity Discharge systems, yes you will be labeled you don't know anything.

For being a troll my HID fog light change on my ST sure has gotten a ton of compliments. Just saying....but us HID fans obviously don't know anything......
Just because you're getting compliments, doesn't mean you know jack ****. I'm sure that people with huge spoilers on their Honda's get compliments and think that they're benefiting their cars' down-force, too. But, in reality their cars don't go fast enough for it to be effective. No one said HID fans don't know anything, as many of us here love ours... The only difference is ours are PROPERLY set up so unlike you, we know something.

My response was opinionated not my professional rundown of retrofitting lights. Lol. I told him to go stock if you read the posts before making unreasonable comments. If you "think" you know a lot about cars then pat yourself on the back. I make plenty of customers happy with correct work with never one return or complaint. K thnx.

Matt, you can't claim anything you don't know or have seen. To claim anything I do is improperly done would be a lie.
Thats right, because the first and only asshat to put HID's in stock housing on a Focus.

Keep digging your self a hole, we'll help push you in.

Did I claim that? Nope. Good try though. You all are whoring up this guys post because I said use HID's. Congratulations on accomplishing nothing. I don't see your metaphorical hole.....what are you 12?

Call Ken at http://www.rallylights.com/. He knows his stuff and on more than one occasion has told me that I don't need to buy a more expensive product.

IMO, putting new, good quality bulbs in old, yellow housings is a questionable choice. Not sure about the cheap knockoff stuff sold on eBay you linked to. 9 times out of 10, I regret buying a low quality copy.

You not being able to see the elementary level sarcasm in Chris' post further proves our point of you not being very intelligent. Sorry, you put HID's in HALOGEN reflectors. Whether they were headlights or foglights it doesn't really make a difference. I'm sorry that you've heard this a million times, you'd think after 2 or 3 you might starter believing people who are smarter than you, but you're too high and mighty on your dysfunctional horse. Thanks for being one of the idiots that gives everyone in the car community a bad image. Maybe a ED "fast and furious" bodykit would go well too.

Another one of these guys. I like people like you. Your ignorance is my bliss. Please show me everything you know, I will let you know when its something new to me.

On my 05 focus I used an aftermarket HID kit for both fog and head lights. Total cost for all four was 60 buck with a lifetime warranty. Can't beat the price, color, or warranty. I used the same HID kit on my fogs on my ST. Gorgeous.
I wasn't saying put HID's in halogen setups. I was saying just go standard headlight assembly's with HID's.
My point is there is nothing wrong with HID's in a factory housing. HiD's last long, cheaper, and the company I purchase through gives me a lifetime warranty on everything.
I used these before on my 05 focus.....traded them out for HID's lololololol

You still have yet to make a valid point. Thanks for entertaining everyone. My "opinion" that he can do it still is valid. You "opinion" that its dumb is just that....an opinion. You didn't help him out at all. Stop whoring at this point and five him something to work with.

Your "opinion" that he can do it is correct. My "opinion" that is unsafe however, is a fact. I have yet to make a valid point? You have yet to to use your tiny brain. How about that it glares a ****load and the output is less than a halogen bulb so you're getting less useable light. Please tell me "Mr. I Think I Know Everything About HIDs When I'm Clearly Brain-dead" how I have yet to make a valid point. Coming from the guy who has more than half the posts in this thread because he can't multi-quote or form a complete thought in one post, I think you should just stop. You're not going to win your HID in halogen argument as NO source will ever cite that as smart because it's just plain dumb. Now go run along with the rest of the tricycle gang who knows everything under the sun about HIDs.

Maybe THIS will help your brain function properly next time you want to argue this topic.

I make good money for being brain dead. LMFAO. Its people like you that have made focaljet go down hill in the last year. Now I know why people rip on you all on the other sites. Its good entertainment to me.

No, it's people like us who keep focaljet from turning into FF and other sites where you are clearly getting you unsafe, asinine, and idiotic information and tactics from. People on other sites "rip" on us because all the people with any know-how no longer visit their sites because they have the same mindframe as you. Yes, it's great entertainment for us too! We get to see how many idiots there still is in the world.

Shows how ignorant you are. You know everything and everyone else is wrong. I love you.

I'm pretty sure HID's in halogen housings is illegal. HID's need projectors for better vision to actually shoot the light in a general direction. Without projectors they are not properly aligned and shine in different directions which is why it is illegal. Plus they look bad in halogen housings, you can deffinatley tell coming down the road from miles away when they are not properly set up.

OP, if you want HID's my opinon is get projectors, preferebly retrofitted and not some crappy halo's, and get 55watt 5k. That looks best IMO. Good day.
