Remember when the NorCal crew wasn't boosted?

Nope, Lorin has had boost for as long as I remember. Leslie's red car was boosted for a bit, and Alan's before that. Ryan's 510 has had the boosted SR20 pretty much since he's owned it. And Dev.... well, we'll just let that one go.

My svt was also boosted before I had the 510 and Leslie's GTi, before her svt, was turbo. Boost makes everything better.

Either way, the car was still better before. Boost makes for unreliability and complexity.

No, you're right. There was a time when the active SoCal crowd started spending a lot of money on our cars, and NorCal kept it pretty simple.

I was *super* jealous of the SoCal track-rat crowd at one point... then the Az track-rat crowd that took over.

With the new found sun light I've noticed this hoods already getting some ugly on it. Polished it this weekend but it didn't help much.

1951 Mercury


Studebaker Avanti. I'm not positive what year this on is. I think it's a 1962. It's got the square head lights. i think the 1963 had the round light bezles. i've only see one other avanti in person. They really weren't great looking in the front. I like the back though. Fastest production car on the planet for a while there.



Beautiful Buick LeSalle. 98% Origional. Including body rott. It just has had some electrical upgrades. Ignition wires and a new alternator and battery. other than that the interior is origional, the paint and body work it origional.

This engine is in a 1967 Mustang. Turns out this is the guy i sold my 302 BOSS to. This once was my engine. It's a 1984 302 BOSS. he built that engine to what I wish I could have done. But it was nice to see it on the road where it belongs.


Then there's this monstrocity. I'm not really sure where to begin.

I really want to post pictures of the new car but for some reason my nearly 10 year old Macbook isn't seeing my Nikon when I plug in the USB cable. I've tried all of the layman's ways to get it going (including modulation of the power buttons of both devices) and I'm still stumped. Other than buying an SD card reader, which might not fix the problem, does anyone have any advice? My work laptop won't be here until next week otherwise I wouldn't even sweat it.

Have another camera or device that takes the same card you can plug in? Camera is wifi enabled?

I'm not apple compatible.. Other than my Iphone

I haven't purchased the WiFi adapter because it's $100, and I don't have anything else with me at my hotel.

Try updating firmware on devices.

Any ideas on things to do with my B-pillar door trim? It's nasty looking from sun and being touched, and just dying it black again seems boring.
