This is what I have so far:
Stock Focus 21mm F; 20mm R
SPI Focus 19mm F(?)
SVT 21mm F; 21mm R
H&R 24mm F; 24mm R
Eibach 22mm F; 25mm R
Intrax 22mm F; 25mm R
Progress 22mm R
Steeda (repackage Eibach)
Steeda R bar (not advertised, but available) 28.6mm
Suspension Techniques 21mm R or 22mm R (I haven't confirmed; it's listed as 7/8" which is 22.2mm)
Addco- 7/8" (22.2mm)F; 7/8" (22.2mm) R; should be available at your local NAPA store. If I remember, I will post the part numbers.

SHM currently unavailable except as a part of the entire package.

Anybody else have others? I want to upgrade mine at some point, but I'm looking for specs and anecdotes.

Thanks

I think it is just SPI Foci that don't have a R anti-sway bar. IIRC base models with the Zetec get F&R anti-sway bars.

Used to be. I did some research one day, and on the sedans, only the ZTS had it, not the Zetec sedans. They were 2004s, but I heard some 2003s were like this too.

Steeda's are currently the Eibach package. They have a proprietary set in development and in use on their track car, but no date on release.

Bugger. That sucks. I think that they posted that the rear wa something like a 28mm!

I just got done installing my Progress Rear Sway , highly recomended feels like a whole new car sticks to the road alot better, and the steering seems alot tighter. Also i thought it was gonna be that ugly terqouse color its not, its dark metalik grey, a shade or 2 away from my liquid grey foci.

Agan awsome product

I thought the steeda rear bars were supposed to be 28mm, i could be wrong but i thought i read that somewhere.

I've done a little research on the Steeda bar question. Here's the skinny-- currently, the Steeda swaybar package is the Eibach package. Steeda has in development and has had on their #22 car a proprietary big-bar setup that is 25mm F and 28mm R. I amy be off by a millimeter on the F bar diameter as it's been a while since I verified that information. Depending upon who you talk to, you may be able to get Steeda to sell just the rear bar. However, I wasn't that far along in my chioces when I made those phone calls. The last few times I have called, I have not been able to get availability or dates for the release of the larger bars. If several people call, we may be able to get them to finally release them.

There also used to be a Steeda rep that posted on here, but I don't remember his screen name. Some of the hostiles on here may have run him off.

Just edited the original post. More info on Steeda bars.

R bar is currently available. It is a 28.6mm bar and includes new endlinks. Price is $99.95. No SVTOA discount unfortunately. Per Daniel at Steeda, this bar is not to be used on a standard Focus. Front bar should be upgraded to a minimum of 22mm when installing this bar. Steeda plans to have a 25mm F bar available later this year. Until that time, the best bet is to use an Eibach or H&R F bar. Bar can be used with standard SVT bar 21mm but may result in snap oversteer at the absolute limit. So, be warned.

I just ordered one for my SVTF

. I'll give a review it when I install it. Anyone know where to get a 22mm F by itself?

I believe that the factory Street Edition Wagon bar is std size +1mm, which would be a 22mm bar. Should be like 50 bux.

Snap Oversteer is the answer. Steeda recommends at least a 22mm Front bar. Depending upon your particular suspension setup you might be okay. It depends upon your particular setup, but I am sure avoiding snap oversteer is the reason for the recommendation. I plan on installing mine with my SVT 21mm F bar and testing it in a safe, autocross situation. Like I said, I'll post a review when I have it installed, but, the more people that buy this bar the quicker Steeda is likely to release the front companion bar.

Please everyone call Steeda and clamor for the Front bar so that we have some more choices! More products to choose from is always better.

Should have my Steeda rear bar this Wednesday. Given that the Steeda R spring rate is much firmer than Stcok rates, I don't think I'll have any problems.

Anyone know the differences in rates on the H&R Front bar on the different settings. Is it a +1/-1 type setup where middle setting is 24mm firmness and firmest is more like a nonadjustable 25mm bar?
