If we call, and your ass gets fired, we have one less dumbass on the roads, even if it’s only for a few hours. I would rather you work somewhere you didn’t have to drive cause you might end up getting someone else hurt because of you’re stupidity.

Good point. But all in all im usually very cautious behind the wheel. But there are times where you have to be aggressive, thats when the phone rings. I just see things in different light obviously because im a dumbass. Out of the few times I have to be a little more aggressive when driving i always have [censored] (pretty much everyone on the road) constantly cutting off the slow van to make the green light or something of that nature. The people driving around me at the last second, passing me then cutting me off, and so on are the people that should be called on. Plus i didnt know it was up to the general public to decipher good/bad driving.

Topics like this are a never ending battle though.

Well, let me put this another way.

Let's say that object in the road caused me to actually slam my brakes on and jack off who's already too close actually hits me, sends me into a spin or another car?

What should happen to me then? Or how about I'm riding with my 9 year old son who has to see some POS yelling at his dad, launching obscenities and even waving his arms as if to threaten me?

Still a laughing matter? I'm sure the guy won't get fired, but one of these days he's going to pull that stupid crap with the wrong person, one who will follow him back to his place of business and end up torching the place.

Bad karma indeed......

Road Rage Rule#1

If you're going to get pissy on the road, DON'T do it in a company vehicle with your employer's telephone number and company name painted on the side, especially in the age of cell phones.

My company truck can't go that fast....It's a Freightliner

Semis go fast just fine. My dad was once clocked at 105 in a Peterbilt. He was asked to kindly leave the state of Indiana and never return.

And the kicker is...

... the other guy was winning.

My favorite road rage experience was when I was being tailgated by a Ford Econoline for about 5 miles on a 2 lane road. I was doing 75 in a 65 (Hope this doesn't get deleted...I wasn't street racing) and when a passing lane came up, the driver started yelling at me and flipped me the bird. On the side and back of the van there were signs that said, "St Mary's Catholic Church Courtesy Shuttle Van."

I was going to try and call God to let him know that he had an asshat for a driver on his crew, but his number wasn't on the van.

That reminds me of that story about the religious lady getting pulled over because the cop thought that someone stole her car.

you are in a company vehicle

you are a representative for said company

your actions reflect on the name of the company (especially when its plastered all over the side of the vehicle)

would you want someone acting a fool with your name on their car?

no?

thats what I thought

i've called quite a few times on idiots like that

Well a lot of companies seem to be putting the “how’s my driving” bumper sticker with an 1800 # and a vehicle ID #. Obviously companies want to know how there drivers represent there company to the public. Not to mention want to limit there liability!
