^That is a verrrry convincing video, he's even got a full dash... :lol: I bet he was running a CD through his booster amp so he could hear it while dusting those lesser cars... :rolleyes:

The only thing "sad" about that "little Focus" is how it makes the other drivers feel when they think of how much money they wasted on their cars, and how much less fun they are having then if they had bought a Focus.

I think that a lot of people forget that the Focus is a $15k 130bhp car from the factory...it takes a lot to increase the output of that 5x. That would be like saying, man, that ZR1 sucks because it doesn't have 3000whp!!!

Take him where?
Dinner and a Movie?
:what::rolleyes:
You need to worry more about learning about cars than whether you can "take" anyone. When you're ready to try though, let us know on what track you'll be running.
:)

FTL = "For The Loss"
FTW = "For The Win"
You can probably figure out FTMFW.
:thumbup:

6bolt 4g63 motors can hold some crazy whp. My friend Jimmy holds the world record for bolt on HP to a stock 6bolt 4g63 motor, Talon TSI. But DSM's break down, a lot..Galant VR-4 is a 6bolt 4g63t. Ask him if he can show you the 500whp on the bus he's riding in when that DSM breaks. But hey, it fixes easy enough, just need some zip-strips and ductape..lol

haha yup

Im going down to a track in southern wi/northern il in 10 days i doubt he'd come though

Im going to see what I can turn for a Bone Stock 1/4 mile times

Should be in the fifteens, I think...

To keep up, "Dave" definitely needs more power, but also better tires and a finer suspension set-up. The RS was really screaming though!:thumbup:
Can you just imagine the Lambo drivers face when he looks in the rearview mirror.

"Hang on"....I'm driving ÂŁ100k+ motor..and a Ford is welded to my bumper!

That track looked quite tedious. Depending on your power-level, I'd imagine you're always passing or getting passed on every straight. A few Technical spots to get right, and the Long Straights, Including that Long Uphill out of an uphill Slow corner. I just didn't care for the "flow" of it.
It's cool to see that RS have the "Grunt" to tag along with the Lambo. At Virginia International Raceway (Google it for layout and Youtube vids), when I was last there in '04 we had a fellow there pushing around 250 whp in a Turbo'd SVT (ST-170) and he was outrunning Porsche Carrera GT's on the straights. He was hitting 150 MPH on the back straight, which is entered from a double-apex "near hairpin". VIR "Flows". NICE Run-Off, and FUN Elevation changes. Of course it's probably more fun to have more "Ooomph" under the hood than I do, but I still find the track extremely satisfying. (And Yes, I've hassled MANY 'Vette, Porsche, and Ferrari owners myself.... In the Corners... :D)
:cool:
