are all focus headlights interchangeable?

I have an 02 SVTF and im looking for different headlights. anyway, are any headlight from 00-04 interchangeable? even if it was on the 5 door or the sedans? I dont want to end up getting a headlight that fits like total crap. haha.

Also, any of the European OEM lights require a different plug.

If you're talking about North American ones, then yes, any 00 to 04's that are not the HIDs will be interchangeable.

i think he is talking about shapes?.. if so they all fit, some are direct plug and play some need work to work like what the 2 guys above said, mach, and euro headlights, i have no idea about ebay projectors and that stuff

do a search for wiring mach hids or st170s, they need the same wiring.

about the ebay projectors.. man they are crap compared to real projectors, even using hid. i bet the euro headlights project better light output even with hid than those.. but its your election good luck

MACHs were an option in Europe, I'm pretty sure they call them Xenons ;)

Yep I'm permabanned :lol: The only bit of info as to why that I've gotten is "Illegally promoting competing site via PM" :dunno:

I understand calling them HIDs and Xenon, but I'm still confused as to why the EAP lights are called "Mach" headlights, and it you were to order them from Ford, what the official name?

The first North American Focus to have these lights installed and available from Ford was the limited edition, Mach Audio ZTS sedan.

There really isn't an "official" name for them. Because of when both the Mach Audio Edition and SVT hit the sales floor, both were interchanged as the name.
