Today my cel went on on my 2004 svtf and gave me those five codes. I know that the p0420 code is from my orp because I do not have a tune. I was hoping that someone would be able to give me some ideas on where I should start trying to fix these issues. I just recently replaced the front o2 sensor, fuel filter, and spark plugs. Please let me know if you know what I should do.

Thanks,
Nick

P0125 is for low closed loop coolant temperature, check to make sure that you're not low on coolant, and if so make sure there aren't any leaks (like a cracked thermostat housing for example). Your thermostat could also be stuck open.

P0720 and P0722 are for the output shaft speed sensor, so it sounds as if your speedometer doesn't work? Either the sensor needs to be replaced or there is a short/open circuit in the wiring somewhere.

P1132 - Lack of HO2S-11 Switch, Sensor Indicates Rich. This one is really difficult as there are many possible causes for it. The list:
Electrical:
Short to VPWR in harness or HO2S
Water in harness connector
Open/Shorted HO2S circuit
Corrosion or poor mating terminals and wiring
Damaged HO2S
Damaged PCM
Fuel System:
Excessive fuel pressure
Leaking/contaminated fuel injectors
Leaking fuel pressure regulator
Low fuel pressure or running out of fuel
Vapor recovery system
Induction System:
Air leaks after the MAF
Vacuum Leaks
PCV system
Improperly seated engine oil dipstick
EGR System:
Leaking gasket
Stuck EGR valve
Leaking diaphragm or EVR
Base Engine:
Oil overfill
Cam timing
Cylinder compression
Exhaust leaks before or near the HO2S(s)

I would think it would be a good idea to start by looking for vacuum leaks, check the PCV hoses for leaks, and replace the PCV valve. You can also try cleaning the MAF sensor and see if that helps.
