Speaking of sigs. Tobyboom, max sig length is 6 lines (not 60).

Not gunna count by that looks like around 3X legal length, and as moderator I can't edit your sig length, only delete your posts. So, please reduce it to 6-7 lines. Thanks.

Take it for me and my boy focnos.....24-fuel/41-nitrous on a wet kit.Im running NOS,and those are the jets I use.I ran a last min. dyno at engineered performance.I just had my bottle filled,so my pressure was only 600psi,so I wasn't putting as much down as I usally do.But I came up with 169hp and 200 ft tourqe.Im gonna redyno and I'll post to let ya know.I've walked mustangs,beat z28's,t/a's,1 type r,and more than enough honda's.You'll love this jet set up.It's plenty of fuel,so don't worry about leaning out. You'll find out that hondas won't have $#!t on you,you'll be playing with v-8's only.Those are your only chalenges.
Focnos and I are about to some major engine mods to our cars here in the next couple months. All I have to say is,High compression and lots of spray. We're getting our heads done with oversized valves.We're going mostly naturally aspirated,but N2O just in case of emergency.But we'll see.
Seriously,try those jets out and you will be happy with them

I talked to the guy at NOS and he told to run a 41-f and 26-n why is that?? he said that this is a 75 shot. I'm not too worried about leaning out, I was running a 36 dry and at one point ran a 42.
What are your thoughts on a 42-n and a 26-f???
Will that be too much??

42-n 26-f,would be kick @$$.You wouldn't have a problem.I use a 41-n and a 26-f and im running 13's in a 1/4.Pop 'em in and go tear @$$

just wanted to let u nos users know that , NOS is the worst thing for ur car. no ands ,ifs or buts.It might not now but in a while it'll **** up ur engine totally. its not good for the heads, pistons, valves,etc. all the internal needs. doesnt matter what setup u use, dry, wet etc. STOCK focus engines cant handle nos not even a 50 shot. maybe for now, til u hear ur engine blow. a few months down the line. U DONT HAVE A HONDA ENGINE WHICH CAN HANDLE IT MUCH BETTER THAN ANY FORD CAN. im sure ill see a thread soon on nos blow up, or something.Even if u did have it it should be the last resource of winning a race, for moded engines though.

i may be wrong- but i have yet to hear of anyone having and engine go south because of nitrous. as long as you use a little sense (dont spray 175hp on a stock engine 5 times a day) and install/tune it correctly- you will be fine. i just wouldnt reccomend spraying all the time for extended periods.
 
the most u could do is a 75 shot. but even if u use u nos only on weekends which most people do. it'll still mess it up later when ur least x-specting it. think about it if u use nos in summer ,maybe fall, just think of winter none at all. common sense ,its like useing steroids for a month, ur body isnt made for it or even cycling it for a while, MANY SIDE AFFECTS! SANE WITH A ENGINE,DUH , Y DONT U PEOPLE DO SOME RESEARCH ON IT. GO UP TO UR LOCAL EURO STORE AND ASK THEM IF U SHOULD USE NOS ON A STOCK FOCUS ENGINE, AND THEYLL LAUGH AT U. ALSO WITH NO HEADER OR EXHAUST EVEN WORSE. I KNOW ITS A COOL AND CHEAP$ WAY TO ADD HP

wow, way to be misinformed
nitrous does neccessarily cause any damag to a motor other than normal wear and tear
it all depends on how well you do it ad i you know what your doing

on Horsepower TV, they ehad a special about nitrous and they even said that the cooling effects nitrous has on the motor can actually be good for it

the old "if you use nitrous you'll blow you engine" is a big bunch of crap

if have a friend who ran a 150shot on a very mildy mod'd trans am

he has over 200 passes on spray at the track plus tons of street use, 6years and 70,000 miles on the car until the motor finally went
he would spray that thing from a dead stop all the way into overdrive..would race bikes on the highway
just proof that nitrous isn't the devil's power adder or anything

bullit was the same dummy who gave a newbie a lesson in nitrous by beginning with "NOS is compressed air"....maybe he should have learned something about it and started off with "nitrous is n2o" and spared some poor guy more confusion

yeah thought so
i would have nitrous allready but it
seems at nitrousware house they didnt'
even put my order in the computer so i have
to reorder..oh well i have a ton of sh*t
on the way for my car that will only help
with this kit
