You can expect slightly better acceleration and quicker engine response/reving with one of these.
Also, you will need to change your accesory belt to a 1" shorter one. Here is a quote from the man behind BDR about it.. "We have noticed that Ford changed belts some time between the 2000 and 2001 models. We are not positive if this change occured mid-year or if it is a model year change. We have done installs on both years and it seems to be that a 2000' uses a 695K6 and a 2001 uses a 670K6.

best time without nitrous was a 16.7 but when i ran a 16.2 that was on about half a bottle so i may hit 16 or 16.1 with proper pressure though. that was with full interior and stereo in the car

the fastest et I've seen from an spi was I think a 14.8 and that was txfo who had headwork and nos.

While I'm building my other motor I'm putting all the bolt ons I'm using on that other motor on my current one until I'm done. I bet I could get near that N/A in about 6month time or so

Just need to shed about 50-75 lbs off the car and add about 40 horsepower and That'll do it.

i just ran at the track with a full bottle and the back seat out and the stereo out. my best time was a 15.46 @ 91.7mph. i ran another time but only hit a 15.8 and a 16.0 had a bad launch the third time. i belive the synchros in my trans are going out it pops out of gear sometimes.

I run 195/60/15's I can't launch any higher than 1500 RPM without spinning like a siv. I get a 2.3 60ft launching at that RPM with the SPI controller

14.64 @ 99mph

35 shot plus everything you can think of and then some. Judging by the trap speed, better tires should lower the time but I can think of better ways to spend the money than on a mid 14 second focus.
