If you had driven with him, you would know what hell that car was going through. I have ridden with him in his Alpine 610 a few times and it was hell in that car wiht harness's on.

 

That car is stupid fast. Definitely would have been an exciting ride.

Yes, a pro driver could have pushed it more but this guy was pretty darn aggressive. And competent. I like that America is represented at tracks around the world!

 

The car is way fast and that's neat to see, but the driving lacks smooth downshifting skills and he's rough w/ the throttle. More than likely he's driving w/ a traction aid software running.

Overall, it's a lame video because his driving is so unpolished.

While jinstall may be a tool who is full of fail, his acquaintance was simply out for a pleasant day on the track with his incredible vehicle, and jinstall wanted to share with us (perhaps to try and prove he has friends?), and while his driving may not be up to par with some of us on here, it's still as enjoyable a video as any of the other amateur on-track videos that get posted here or in RRAX.

Well the Z06 got boring so it was sold. Enter a Cayman S, nice but not enough power. Down to the Porsche dealer and ordered a 997 S motoe with 400+hp and insert into the Caymen S. This is what you get. I love the Bundespost(same thing as USPS but in Germany) colors.
The video shows a run down the autobahn, I think it is A5 near Mannheim heading south.

Only the engine was replaced. Basicly a bolt in engine from Porsche. Some of the linkage had to be flipped but that was all.
