I don't like the Xb at all. They smoothed over all the lines that I liked. The Xa is a little more I guess you could say sporty.... :dunno: I can see it wearing on me though.

 

the xa is decent ... but they killed everything I liked about the xb. Oh well.

 

Awesome. My 54 mile commute and need for a practical vehicle make me lustful for either of those.

I see much more current Toyota "flavor" in these models... which I'm not so fond of... It's just a little too.... techno-organic.

The practicality in the form of fuel economy for the xB is likely to be drastically diminished as a result of putting the tC engine in it.

I want to like the new xB, but the old one is so unique, I loved it!

I always thought the xB was cool.

But they've taken away all the sharp creases that made it cool in the beginning, and left in a blind spot behind the rear doors where the first version had glass.

I hope it's got some decent power, at least.

I don't particularly like the new xB but I do like the fact that they are giving the xB the 2.4L from the tC, which means 158hp/162tq.

 

which one is which? i like the red one...they both look similar...but the front on the red one is nice and the other one is too round if its supposed to replace the xb...wish it was even more boxy than the last one...with some sharp edges! and angles!!

 

They look to be about the same size, is it just me?

Yuck! Bland, bland bland. Although it was only a matter of time till Toyota's small car design contaminated the Scions. I only hope they don't make the next Tc look this bad.

 

hmm xb w/ tc engine = 300hp turbo xb possibilities haha

 

I already saw these cars and again toyota makes things happen unlike other brands.
