BerinG yes the 14b turbo that is on the first gen DSM's will push close to 25psi, however you'll never be able to pump that kind of boost through the zetec without first getting into the internals, as well as remapping the computer for fuel and ignition curves, as well as complete fuel upgrades.

Actually the 14B (manual tranny) will pretty much maxes out at about 18psi. I've never seen anyone be able to get over 21psi out of that turbo without destroying it. The 1G autos have a 13G which is the same turbos found on 3000GT VR4's.
My turbo setup is basically like Fastrax if anyone has every seen his. I think I have the same header. Turbo bolts up where cat would normally go. I have not gone over 3psi yet and so I have not hit fuel cut except for the one cool morning about a month and a half ago. It didn't hit till 3rd gear when there was a little more stress on the motor. The stock fuel system is good for about 175hp at the wheels no problem and that is where I am sitting as of right now. But I just got back my Haltech F5 extra injector controller so I will probably be turning the boost up to 5 or 6 psi. As far as the MAS cutting out, Focusparts is going to reprogram my Superchip to get rid of it. That is what they did to their car. They run 9 psi on the same turbo as I have. Can you say 225 @ the wheels? Good......I knew you could. (that's Mr. Rogers, for those of you youngsters out there thinking I'm spurting off some crazy jibba-jabba)

econorocket--that F5 injector driver will drive you crazy like it did me for a long time. If you drive a 5th injector, the fuel cutoff of the main 4 injectors will occur at about 190 corrected hp at 90 degreesF, and that 5th injector will pump fuel enough to get the engine to gurgle and pop and just confuse you.
