Actaully the material is a crushed velvet type material for the headliner.

Its from a Chevy Blazer. Fiberglassed into the headliner and covered in black. It has front and rear maplights, sunglass holder, jewel case holder, dome light, and a temp and compass readout.

 

It looks great in his car in person too, If i did not have a sunroof i would do it!
