Do you have a particular format you need it in (jpg, gif) or does it just need to be usable in PS?

Whatever format that will allow me to use it as a vector graphic. I need the images for multiple uses at multiple sizes.

I have an image with a .cmx extension that I need changed so I can use it in Photoshop 6 or PSP5. Can someone please help? I would do it myself but I don't have corelDRAW.
