Could not find the answer I needed searching, but I will ask here. I have a brand new Ford Racing SVT header that comes with a new dipstick... But I am assuming I need the SVT dipstick tube correct? I do not have the header installed yet so I do not know where the Zetec tube routes in relation to the SVT header. From what I see in pictures it looks like the SVT tube comes up between the header.

you can bend it some and use the stock one.. that is what i did. I ended up bending it closer to the ps line which i also used the stock one. no problems after i dunno 10k miles. just check your oil before bending the dipstick and then after so if the reading changes you will know what will read full after bending it.

did you get the SVT header kit for a regular zetec? i though those came with new dipstick tube (and power steering line, egr pipe, etc)
I will look today, I have had the FR Zetec kit for like almost two years so maybe it is included. I did not bother to look or remember seeing it in there when I first opened it forever ago. Maybe I am an idiot, and you saved me from ordering a part I already have, lol. I just have too many projects on my mind.thenorm said:
Looked inside of my kit, and I do have one! It was in the same box as the new EGR tube, so I did not even know it was in there. :thumbup:
