since i've put on my s/c and got wayne's tune for the 8 lbs kit, i've noticed hanging revs ALL the time. if i'm in gear and rev it up 4k rpms and then go into neutral it happens, if i'm rolling to a stop and go into neutral the revs go from 1100 to about 2100 stay for a bit and then back down.
could this be:
the tune?
the tps?
something else? please identify too.

Welcome to the SVT// I am willing to bet its your TPS. Not your tune. the SVT will will hang in REVS a bit anyway, its jus that way.

mine does when the tune is fresh but with adaptive learning on it will stop after awhile

adaptive learning is turned off during the tune...otherwise the tune would be just work its way back to stock.
