Lloyd, I've been researching all day...look at the threads below yours in this section...I do believe it is against the law to remove emission equipment in all states. As for a how to...haven't done one, but I assume it's about as simple as remove the old install the new. I'm starting to lean towards the OBX after my research..it's a cossi clone and almost everything I've read is good.

Marijuana is illegal but people keep smoking it. It's illegal to drink underage but people keep doing it. It's illegal to fart within a half mile of the white house (true ****), but I do it on almost a daily basis. :lol:

It's technically illegal to change any part of your exhaust system, but people do it on a daily basis in every state.
