How many people have Tom\'s full turbo kit?

How do you like it?
Did you need to upgrade the trany?
Do you consider it to be a long term, reliable daily driver?

You would need to upgrade the clutch after so many miles since it will start to slip.

*I have one and i like it alot ,Great power,mountain climbing TQ with great driveability

Did you need to upgrade the trany?
*The tranny no a clutch and a LSD would be needed before long

Do you consider it to be a long term, reliable daily driver?
*Mine has been on for a little over 2 years now with 150+ 1/4 mile passes 160+ 1/8 mile passes 250 mile wide open on a road track ,My wife drove it to work daily for about 6 months ,,My son drives it all the time ,,It makes 326HP and 331 TQ at the wheels with an ALL stock engine and runs 12.99 @ 111 in the 1/4,,and i will drive it to work this morning

So about $6.5k for the installed turbo plus $2.5 for the LSD/clutch/flywheel plus a trip to NC, correct? That's comparable to what the big boy Miata turbos go for, I guess. Are you still seeing 239whp @ 9psi for your turbo setups?

Maybe I should start off with the Predator.

I could sell the Predator to another stock SVTF if I decide to take the plunge, right?

I think the only downside to Toms kit is the price. I guess as the saying goes you get what you pay for.

Is this a kit you can get and install yourself? I'm in Oregon and I do all my own work. I'm also not about to drive across the country for a tune. We have a couple very competent shops here that specialize in boosted tuning.

Yes my kit is very install it your self and does NOT have to be here for the tune and i can send you tune changes now E MAIL
