the c-f-m one is very good. else you can buy a polyurethane
bushing at www.powerflex.co.uk for the lower torque mount...

Hrm the MAC one caused a lot more vibration but stiffer shifts when I used it compared with the VF one. Ended up doing all 3 VF mounts and my car doesnt rattle as much as it did with just the rear mac mount

I did all 3 VF mounts as well.

It has a very thick side that cannot be pulled through the eng. mount. You press the large bushing in so the thick part is mounted towards the ground. I made a press out of some sockets and a large C clamp.

theres also the lower mount that cfm made the race version, (I Think its out anyway)

I would get CFM's piece. The mount is sexy billet aluminum. The only thing bad about the Ingalls Stiffy is that we have to modify it to fit the SVT passenger side mount. One of the guys has done it...Was it orangesvt?

We have seen the press in bushing for the stock mount work itself out. We do have our race bushing lower engine mount in-stock now.

The mac lower engine mount causes more vibration. We looked at all the lower engine mounts on the market. We notice that the steeda, vf and mac use two peice bushings. This cuts down on the amount of bushing they need to make intially, but we found this was not good design.

We have pictures of our lower engine mount. We also have pictures of failed lowered engine mounts made by steeda, vf, and mac.

The Energy bushing pictured above is the one I was talking about in my previous post.

It has a large fat lip on it. The fat lip goes closest to the ground.

Save your money it cannot work out if you install it right.

Depends if you care about vibrations making it into the car. IF you don't then by all means get the race version.
