Wow that sucks... the page is gone!

Steve, I downloaded some DVDs from that site that have the Ford Service Information application on them, with different years of Fords. One of them has the 2004 Focus manual with all the SVT information in it.

And yes, all the torque specs are in newton-meters. :)

I couldnt get the that dvd(2004) to work properly. It said that it was no longer active or available something like that lol

You have to set the year on your PC clock to 2003.

You want the AZFS22C f4 copper plugs... they do great

where are you getting the f4? I hope I got the right plugs? I just picked some up, can you guys help confirm they are the same kind AZFS22C SP-463

Cause they only cost me 3.76 a piece and they have no marking of f4?

Thanks, I'm hoping that that's just the quantity of the package?

I will start a thread with pics shortly, 2002 (with 31,xxx on the clock) going in for a mild tune up....details to come! :)

F4 is just the pack quantity, In fact Ford keeps screwing with plug numbers and the new number for the coppers is SP-463.

I believe .050 is the stock gap but a lot of guys go .060.

There is an info label under your hood with the correct stock gap if you want to double check it.

what would be the difference:

.050 be more performance.....
.060 economy?

These plugs are ok for a na setup....correct???

Well Guys, I put the copper plugs in this morning and took her for a criuse. Feels real good, I can definitely tell a difference. For some reason (i"m sure it's in my head) the car sounds quieter than with the platinums...I have 31,xxx on the stock plugs and when I took them out they all looked fine too...I as well have a predator. Also, feels as if it pulls better all throughout, but stronger on the top end, but seems weaker in the lower end? Imagine that, but once again I'm sure it's all in my head.

What is the part number for the valve cover gasket? I noticed a huge pool of oil in my spark plug valley(not good)! Is there any good write ups on the replacement of them that you know of?

The gasket is an easy fix. My advice would be to use a little RTV in all of the tight angle areas.

For instance in the corners where the gasket goes over the cam indentations.
