I actually DO understand the style.

...but as a matter of housekeeping:

Just because somebody slaps a big turbo on a car with airbags and a handling-challenged wheel-tire combo doesn't mean it now has some justification beyond being stylish. That just means it'll merge onto the freeway faster.

Now back to your regular cool picture posting. :thumbup:

Xi? I have definatly not turned it into a post off about what is right and wrong with wheels. lol. Its not like we started talking about what we had for dinner last night. The thread was pretty on topic IMO. I mean look at the pic we started with... a new Scirocco. You can only bs about one thing for so long before a posting conversation ensues. My bad for posting pics of other similarly styled non VW cars. Bieng a Focus enthusiast website, I figured no one would mine seeing some VW esqu style Foci. :dunno: Sorry for derailing the thread into offtopicland.

I have no problems seeing other similar styled cars in here as well, it's just mostly for VWs since that's the car this style is used on the most.
