I just had the car back from getting some dents fixed, and I had the bodyshop paint my mirrors and doorhandles, along with the new box, to match the car. I had a brain lapse and forgot to ask them to paint the door molding, so that will have to come in May when I get the RS kit. Enjoy...

Pic of the new fiberglass box, to house 2 10" Kicker L5's. The middle rack will house a JBL BP 1200.1, to match the 80.2's on my components. Now if UPS would just arrive.

Well, I hope you guys like my work so far, and I will add new pics of the RS kit and the performance mods soon, so stay tuned!

WOW!! that ICE setup looks sweet as hell.. how much was it to make??

Around $100 in materials, plus my time. If a shop was to do it, it would problably run you around $300-450, plus the paint work.

Are you going to be at the custom compact nationals in Carlisle?
I am running JBL amps too, very happy with them.

I will be there! The box is built from 3/4"MDF, backstrapping, stretchcloth, 2 gallons of resin, a quart of resin jelly to reenforce the insides, plus the bondo on the outside. You will also need various grits of sandpaper, and lots of time! If anyone local is planning a project like this or kick panels, I would be glad to assist, so drop me an email.

Thanks,
Josh
