Glad nothing happened to you, the car is replaceable. Well, you were debating about keeping the car...I guess this was a sign.

I'm fine guys, thanks for the support though! I just have a little bit of a headache, nothing more. I went and looked at a truck today already! It's a '99 Ford Ranger 4x4, standard cab stepside, lifted 3" I believe on 31's, they are asking $7000 and it's only got 73k on it. So I'm crossing my fingers for that. Yeah Mike, lets go to the junkyard and install that header!! Anyway, I should be alright, I got everything I could off of the car, except for the intake(Mike's got my stocker!), and the hood(Mike's got that too!) Everything else in piled up in my garage!

Funny I got rid of my 2003 Sonic Blue Ranger 4x4 ext cab for the Focus ( mine had 32x11.50 on it) Glad to hear you are OK, I wanted that to happen to my truck but no such luck.

Actually the hood is fine! The driver's front fender and the entire rear half is toast though! I'll post pics as soon as I tranfer them from the Digi to the comp.

So I'm on my way to work in the pouring rain and I get next to a semi. Next thing I know my car does a little shake, then I drift in front of the semi right into the guardrail! Next thing I know, I played ping-pong between the guardrail and the semi for about a 100 ft. Now it's totalled!! So... how's your day going?? Best thing, it took the police an hour to get there! I called my mom and a tow truck and they both beat the police there!! So there'll be a few things in the for sale forum here later on today!

From the pics I'm surprised you were ok. The focus can take a lot of punishment and still keep the driver intact, now thats awesome.

Thanks you everybody for your concern, but I'm ok, only a headache and a small bruise on my shoulder from the seatbelt. Only things I have to part with are the sub box, the front strut bar, the Injen spark plug cover, SVT coolant cover, and i believe that's all. If interested in any of this, PM me. Mike, my cell phone also crapped out on me, so I'm awaiting a replacement from Cingular, so I have no phone until like Monday.

So the insurance company is being stupid. They're trying to tell me that I shouldn't expect much for my car considering I'm going to have to pay for the tow box on the side of the rig that I hit. They said I should onlly expect maybe payoff($3800) and my deductible($500). I blue booked my car on both NADA and Kelly Blue Book and it varied between $6300-$7100. What do you guys think?? Man I hate dealing with insurance people.

mike you gotta bitch, scream, moan, cry, everything to make them give you more. Tell them what mods you had done, even if you dont have paperwork it still shows that the car meant something to you.

I went and talked to my insurance agent today and told her everything that was done to the vehicle and what the claims guy told me and she apologized for his unprofessionalism(I think that's a word) in what ho told me and how he acted towards me. I showed her the printouts from NADA and KBB and she told me not to worry, I would get what I deserved out of it, what it's worth, she asked me if I had receipts, which i do, but I alreay took everything off of it. Anyway, I got this covered!! Besides, if they wanna mess around, my step-dad has an awesome lawyer!!
