I tried to quit (my three smoke a day) habit over the last couple of days and for now its not a good idea. I think I am trying to spread myself too thin. I smoke on the drive to work (half a smoke even since I live all of three lights away), one at lunch, and another half on the way home. After that, I won't smoke anymore at home. Any is enough to be terrible for you, but seriously I don't care. I think I need my life to settle a bit more after taking on this house before I try to change any habits. Except the gym; that needs to get started.
Chalz, well done on having stayed away. The fact that you can't get up and take stretch breaks without it being misconstrued as "wandering" is lame. I hate that cold feeling in my hands from sitting at my computer for too long. Plus you need to move to get your blood pumping so you aren't nodding off at 2pm.
