I get bored on my 1.8 mile drive to work....plus holding my leg up to brake since my heel prevents the proper angle for braking, sucks.

Back when I was driving an XL Chevy Express 2500 around West LA I did a bunch of left foot braking. The footwell was so cramped thanks to the engine and transmission being pretty much inside the van that it was uncomfortable to use my right foot to brake.

I got pretty good at it, although not sure if I could ever incorporate that to any performance application.
