Oil leak coming from PCV hose?

Hey guys I'm having a small problem with an oil leak coming from under the thermostat housing and have tracked it to the the hose connecting to the PCV valve that runs under the housing. When I took the housing off it was covered in old oil under there and so I cleaned it off and put everything back together to see what would happen. Well apparently cleaning it off was a bad idea because now it leaks about 3 times as much over the top of the transaxle and around the separator plate. I checked all around the valve cover gasket and its clean as can be and even the VCT solenoid area is clean. Any ideas on if this is actually where its coming from?

Well it turns out it wasn't the PCV valve but I have pinpointed where the leaks coming from. Its coming from directly underneath the Ignition coil pack bracket where the separator plate is. Any ideas? I'm hoping its not a head gasket or something along the lines of that.

I would much rather do my own work instead of taking to a shop, but I need to figure out what it is first

I did check higher on the pcv hose(s)and nothing, I can see where its coming from and the highest point of the leak is around the separator plate under the thermostat housing and ignition pack. After letting it run at idle you can see it slowly start to to come out. But it only leaks when the engines on tho.

I also checked higher up around the intake manifold just in case and also the valve intake gasket and not a thing. It gradually has been getting worse however.

Happy to report I found the leak. It was my valve cover leaking up above the thermostat housing just barely and dripping down on top of the thrrmostat housing then coming down and dripping on tranny, then going further down. But it was also my oil feed line for my turbo leaking out of the head behind the coil pack bracket where everyone takes out that plug and screws in a -4 or -3 AN line so I need to tighten that up and replace valve cover gasket.
