Aiiiight. The nice lady at the dealer printed out the Ford TSB which explains in DETAIL how to fix this issue. The TSB even has the updated parts that you will need. The bad news is that the TSB is a pain in the but to do. And the dealer will charge about 300 for it. The problem here is that the water is getting between the crack of the wind cowel and windshield. Take some packing tape and put it over the gap and no more leaks. I guess this is annoying. But ima just keep a roll of tape in my car for when ever i goto the car wash.

Or you could do what I did: Go to a car paint supply store and buy some strip caulk. Put it in the groove where Ford would put it and VOILA no more leaky leaky!!!!

Ok, I've fixed this problem myself.

So, what are these "new parts". Tell me that it's cutting a piece of sheet-metal, forming it over the fresh-air plenum and siliconing it in place and I'll laugh.

Tell me that they came out with real, designed Ford replacement parts guaranteed factory replacement parts and I'll go get them and be real happy.

I just had to fix mine this morning. Spent the day in Chicago drinking free Guinness and get back to the car to find 2" of water on the floor.

Bought some DAP Auto Silicone sealer and just jammed it under the flexible rubber part of the cowl.

There is a fairly indepth procedure for diagnosing/repairing the leak(s).
In some cases, the instrument panel is removed for access to problematic leaks.
