I would have killed for someone to make a hood like this

Or even this

Nobody makes a subtle reverse cowl hood that keeps the OEM lines. THey all make these things look like something out of transformers.

hey dude can we have some more pics ? dricety from above the hood maybe just want to know where these whole be exactly. becuase i am doing the same to mine.
those vents were cut into th existing template on the back of the hood.

Pop your hood, and you'll see those exact areas marked off by the underhood bracing

How did you cut it out? Saw or torch? Did you have to get it repainted after?

you could also probably use a plasma cutter, a angle grinder or a jig saw.

the plasma will prolly get the smoothest cut tho if you've got a steady hand or something to trace along the cut with.

a jig saw with a metal blade might be kinda hard to control for a smooth cut but it's worth a try.

and an angle grinder might just be ncessary to smooth it down, not make the actual cuts.

Bela- not sure if this hood would have done it for you...

I really like it, but would like to see a version were the lines extending back from the vent didn't go ALL the way to the windshield edge of the hood, instead blending in about 6" earlier, as they do with your hood...
