I posted in svt forum with no replies, so i'll try here.

any suggestions for axels with lifetime warranty, part numbers would be much appreciated.

does the pass side come with the carrier bearing?

car has 147000 miles on it, should I replace balljoints, control arm bushings, endlinks, and what brand?

anything else I should consider changing while I replace clutch? brakes and shocks already done.

car is a 2002 svt focus

If your replacing the clutch I would check and make sure the rear main seal and oil pan are ok, your already their. No experience with axles but I didnt really think their was an issue with them. I believe that the center carrier is either on the intermediate shaft or pressed on. I would plan on replacing the endlinks at some point. Ive never had to replace the balljoints (except the one I broke hitting the curb while I fell asleep at the wheel) or bushings, their generally reliable. But with all that said, sometimes its just good to replaced old worn parts. So if they are not loose/damaged it totally up to your preference.

It never hurts to do a once over.....check out the entire suspension to see what needs to be replaced, especially if you're not the orginal owner. The passenger side drive axle comes with the carrier bearing and as for particular brands...take your pick but go 'new'. But I think I see where you're going, while having pulled down everything I know I would replace whatever was questionable; bushings, ball joints, end links, etc. I recently did an entire front and rear suspension rebuild because I just got my 04 sedan and I went out and purchased more wheels and tires than I did car. The wife wasn't to happy either... but when she test drove it after the suspension rebuild.....can't get her out the frackin car now. She says it rides like a new car. Lol, I guess so. I replaced all the suspension parts because in my case it was time.
