I did get new tires as well, Yokohama AVS-I's 195/60VR15's... I kept the stock rims though... my budget could not quite handle new rims just yet...

Man those are some of the slowest loading pics on the net!, but hey, car looks good.

I just put S2 shocks on my ZX3, even that made a world of difference in the handling and ride. I'm looking forward to my next autocross also!

I'll check the rest of your pics when I have more time

Thanks... right now that is a script that resizes the pictures on the fly to get those thumbnails so it is a bit slow... eventually I will get around to finding a better way to do that...

Anyway The handeling rocks... I have not played around with adjusting the shocks yet... It would be a lot easier it you did not have to take the rears off to adjust them... but hey you pay the price for bad ass stuff...

I'm confused as to why you removed the seats and center console for suspension installation.

Very nice car. And good pictures, too.
If you are auto-crossing, I'd say stick with your rims, they are light enough.
(Couple lbs lighter 15's are way too expensive to replace.)
I have the same set-up!

Well I finished my suspension overhaul this weekend and it rocks! I went with Koni adjustables with the Eibach Pro Kit and Eibach Anit Sway Bars all around. Me and a few buddies did all the work except for compressing the springs on to the new shocks.. we went to good old VIP autoparts to have them do that... Anyway my focus in now glued to the ground and I can't wait until the next autocross to push it to the limit. Anyway I have before, after, and during pictures and a pretty funny write up of the whole adventure which is at least funny if not helpful to people thinking of doing this for themselves...

I have the same setup. It rides like a dream, the only problem is the handling is sub-optimal because of the bumpstops. You should look up the huge thread on this a week or two ago.

That was only for the short shift kit...

I did everything at the same time...

Not to harsh your mellon or anything, but I did my B&M install without takingout the seats, but I bet it made it alittle easier because you could sorta "twist" the center console instead of trying to push it as far foreward as you could to get the e-brake handle through the hole in the plastic.

I know that you can do it with the seats in the way and that is how we did it when we did my brothers neon but it just made it so much simpler and easier to do it with out the seats... and since the seats were only 4 bolts each and one connecter we figured it was way less a hassel to have room to work...
