Yes Drew, Casey and Chaney worked their hearts out. These guys got like no sleep this weekend and we just kept them company and helped out on little things since we knew nothing about turbos. But these guys deserve a big hug and Drew's Mom's brownies! Sad that this douche kept a lot of the parts that were needed and still Gabber's parts.

oh man....the car is just silly! I got some ride time in her tonight and the giggle to boost ratio is high on this one! Drew and Co. got everything sorted out and with the eboost controller on there, its just about perfect! :thumbup:

I just want to give a big thank you to Drew, Matt, Dave, Chaney and all the other guys who chipped in so I could get the car home on Tuesday. I know you all burned the midnight oil all weekend for me and I appreciate that kind of dedication to making something right. The car is back in Indy and i'm sorting out the remaining issues. Right now the car is on a lift waiting to have the exhaust looked into tomorrow morning, so hopefully by the time I get off work tomorrow that part will be good to go. The left over details I should be able to button up in the next week or 2, then i'll have some "finished" photos and video to put up along with hopefully some track times at O'Reily Raceway Park.

Oh, I met some of Drew's family this weekend and it turns out his mom drives a supercharged SVT focus. How cool is that?

Honestly, I think some people may be jumping Jeff/Jon's asses prematurely. There are two sides to every story.

Honestly, I'd give Jeff and John every thanks for the work they did. What was finished was quite impressive. The details just never happened. When they gave up working, they really just gave up. Which wouldn't have been so bad, except instead of telling anyone they weren't going to finish, they just stopped answering their phones for 2 weeks so nothing could be worked out. The two biggest problems were how the communication just stopped one day and that the condition of the car was pretty well lied about. I mean, if I had gone up when I 1st was told the car was done I would never have gotten home. I agree 2 sides to every story, but whatever happened on their end was certainly handled poorly it seems to me.

Which just so happens to be a former FJ project car.

And, to add my .02 to this whole drama... Two sides? Maybe, but it's never professional to go AWOL. Things happen, yes. But to cut off all communication with someone who has paid you $ to perform a task and leave them hanging is not cool.
