I am puzzled that no one mentioned the snow that some of us got yesterday and this morning. Fear of the unavoidable? Foresight into a bad winter? Its not like us to let this go without mention.

I saw on the news this morning that one Oct 7th the temperature was 90 degrees, and on October 18, 1978, the temp was 17 degrees. No wonder I can tolerate the cold...arty:

I dont like these early reminders that I need to purchace snow tires.
