ok so I installed my cossie tb and now I have high hanging revs while in neutral, and my fuel pump is about to die (I think) now before Istart it up it make a quick hissing sound an thats it but it starts right up just throws a c.e.l. any ideas?

high hanging revs could be an air leak which would throw a CEL. It could just be a hose clamp or something like that, or it could be how the throttle plate seals inside the TB housing. A problem with your TPS would also throw a CEL. The TPSs are known to be fragile & aftermarket TBs are known to be rough on them.

anyways to fix the high hanging revs? I bought it from massive who drilled a hole in the tb plate to make it idle right but when I need to stop I gotta leave it in gear and have the clutch pushed in just a little to make it idle right.

Ahh... I thought you might be the one. Well, for starters I'd try plugging that hole & see if it fixes your problem. Chances are, Massive drilled the hole to help idle issues that were caused by something else- like big cams or something.

For the other stuff I mentioned before, you just gotta play with it & see what works. But start with that hole. THen make sure your hose clams & fittings are air tight & secured propperly. If all that fails you could try swapping the TPS.
