They look nice. They make your ST look really sharp... but they are in no way "hardcore". Hardcore, as in "poke"... poking out from the wheel well with a tire stretched over it.so what about ASA's

You know why euro tuner dudes stretch? There's a (an outdated, perhaps) tread-width rule in their version of our DOT regs... their version states that no portion of the tire's tread can be exposed past the vertical fenderline... but there's nothing in the rules about wheel width... see where this is going?
