as for the azenis i can feel it at "normal" speeds also.. I knew that tire pressure made a difference last summer when i was having the issue.. it minimized it for a while and as the summer went and tires got shorter, it got worse..
now i just changed back to my summer tires and as soon as i took it out i could feel it alot.. I'm gonna get new tires (probably Hankook z212 which are pretty similar to azenis) but before i do.. i will play with the toe and see if i can have a proper setting for my current tire wear..if not put it back to the "mark". Then if it works, i will go and get my new tires and see how well it works then.. i will be getting an alignment anyway with the new tires. Anyone have any suggestion?
Obviously i want to try and not wear my tires unevenly like the first year i got the car and the azenis.. I wouldn't even mind having 2 different settings depending on tire wear if it worked.
I have lowered my ZX3 with H&R Sports (1.5 inch drop) and have
SVT dampers and swaybars.
I'm using the Hankook R-S2 Z212 in a 215/45-17 on the
SVT 17 x7 EAP wheel (49 mm offset). I've got 7500 miles on these tires and they appear to be approx 35-40% worn... all road use with two 20 minute open track sessions. I rotate these tires every 2500 miles and treadwear is even across the tire as measured with metric dial calipers.

Better than fractions, let alone Lincoln's head...
My car is dead nuts stable over concrete freeway expansion joints but the rear wiggles slightly over rough sections of hammered asphalt (the result of the passive rear steer and I believe tighter damper valving will reduce this effect slightly)
My alignment specs (Left/Right):
Front camber -1.3/-1.0
Front caster
. .2.6/2.9
Front toe
. . . .0.03 degree/0.04 degree
(According to my alignment shop, since toe is usually spec'd as "toe in", there is no minus mark for toe in, and there's a minus mark for toe out. If my car were toe'd out, my specs would read -0.03 degree/-0.04 degree. for camber, - is negative)
Rear camber -1.6/-1.8
Rear toe
. . . .0.17 degree/0.19 degree
The only difference between factory specs for the ZX3 and the
SVT is a tighter range for front toe and I am within that range.
I wanted to keep my car's alignment as close to factory as possible, because it's road manners are still rather impeccable considering it's current level of lateral grip.
Hope this helps.
