Sorry to post this twice. After I posted in Zetec Tuning I realized this might fit better here.
Should valve clearance be measured with the engine warm or cold? I've noticed a large difference between the two, it is much looser when the engine is warm. Logic tells me that you would want to check it when the engine is warm, but does the Ford spec assume you are checking it warm or cold?
