Hello, I've got a 2003 ZTS Zetec 2L with a few issues. I bought the car around 77k and now its 110k. I've got the nasty stutter when cruising and sometimes horrible hesitation when starting out, just replaced the DPFE and no change. I got the PCV valve changed rather late because I kept trying to do it myself but could never find it, finally took it to a dealer in mid september I believe. I think I'm going to take it back see if they muffed something up. I had the OBD II read and it said multiple cylinder misfire, cylinder 1 misfiring so I checked cylinder one spark plug and it was about .06 off kilter, am going to check all of them at some point.
I've also got a bad wheel bearing on the passenger front causing a knocking noise over dips and bumps, which I'm wondering if there is any way to fix it myself.
A small little annoyance is the master window switch only works for the front windows. It will put the back windows back up but you have to use the switches in back to roll them down.
