topic says it all (all those autos who have one please respond) if this is in the wrong forum please move... i wanna get the auto meter pro comp series tranny gauage but im not sure if it comes with all the hardware for the installiton..and for the autos what other gaugae would be a good partner ...i hear the a/f raito isnt worth it for the zetecs?

You need to buy the gauge and then You would need to make sure it comes with either a tee to put in one of the cooler lines or You will have to weld a nut into the trans oil pan for the sensor.

You do not want to use your trans oil pan. You need to get a Auto Meter tempature gauge manifold, they have them at Summit.com. They have 2 sizes and I can't remember what size it is, but just get 2 open end wrenches that are 3/8 and 7/16 and see which one fits snug. And you want to hook it up to the top tranny line going into the cooler. Make sure you use some teflon tape or it will leak.
