What\'s the best comment made about your Focus in 2003

A few months back I was at the Ford dealership getting an estimate to repair the vandalism on my car (it was keyed). As I am backing the car out of the parking spot, a saleman walks by my car and says,

"Boy, you sure have that thing tricked out"

I stopped in utter shock and yelled out my partially cracked window,

"IT'S BONE STOCK!"

The worst part was the Red SVT that was parked on the lot DIRECTLY BEHIND my car in the direction he was walking! Idiot.

Anyone else have their best amusing Focus comment of 2003?

i got a lot more wacky comments when i bought it in 2000, now they are a dime a dozen around here. but nowadays i get a lot of comments from friends about how much they like my car, and it actually opened their eyes over the past few years to the fact that cool cars CAN come from american-owned companies lol

...although the other day some lady at the gas station asked me if my car was a hybrid. i then proceeded to give her a quick lesson on what companies currently sell hybrid cars, i think she was a bit taken aback tho, too much information or something lol

I just get: "what kinda car is that?" or "focus huh?"
I have gotten a few "looks nice" and even one "nice headlights"

Damn your car is tight. Damn that car is so nice is that a focus? Where did you buy it? Damn is that an SVT?. I get alot of compliments and looks, and girls love it

well right now it has the stock rims for winter on

and the body kit is off, so I dont driv to much around.

Stuped comments that I get is man its a focus. Once at work I took of with my car, my co workers were outside and heard my car, its damn loud with the header off road pipe and borla exhaust, they asked everyone who is that? is that an helicopter or something? lol my friend said no thats that guys focus. I went back in there I was like ehh you like that exhaust dont you he told me I like the exhaust as much as I like the car hahaaha he's old though 47 years. One time this guy told me it looks like a mini van

After a few ride along laps on the track I had the owner of a brand spankin new M3, in a fairly pissed off voice, yell out "Why the hell did I spend $60,000 on my car?"

Still, being the nice guy that I am, he didn't take me up on my offer for an even trade.

I notice when visting VT, people seem to have southern accents there too, weird.

I get "wow thats a nice car" from little kids all the time, but not much from adults.

I do get alot of people asking if it's an SVT. And when I say yea, they always say something like "I was looking to buy one of those, but then I just bought [Fill in the blank]"

Seems like it's the car alot of people like as long as it's owned by somewhat else.

Actually 2003 was boring, comment-wise; the best was in '02. The day after Christmas last year, a week after I'd bought my '02 SVTF, I took a good friend of mine, his wife, and their 17 year-old daughter on "the ride of death"!
My friend's comment: SLOW THE [censored] DOWN!
His wife's comment: Wow! This thing is FAST!
Their daughter's comment: Cool! Mom, Dad, can I have one?
Their comments: HELL NO!
I laughed by butt off all the way back to their house!
By the way, they bought a Mini earlier this year!
