The Winner:

FORDSVTPARTS

First off, I'd just like to say that I am honored to have won FOTM this month against a truly fine group of cars.
I currently sponsor three message boards but I consider this my home and it's virtually the only site I visit outside of work, I really enjoy the spirit of comraderie that exists on this site and I love being in a position where I can help the guys that need help and learn from the people that are far more advanced than I am.

I purchased my first Focus a special ordered loaded 2000 Autumn orange ZX3 Zetec with an MTX in the spring of 2000, I still miss that car which had become my wifes car and was then traded off for a Windstar when baby three was on the way. That car was stone stock up till the day it was traded in other than a set of '01 six spoke 16's.

My second Focus was a Shadow grey 2004 ZX3 with a 2.3 MTX, I loved the engine but overall the car was no where near as nice as my old 2000 and the '04 was traded off with only 6000 miles on it for my SVT.

I bought my '02 SVT off the used car lot at the dealership I work for, It was completely stock and had 42,000 miles on it.

It took a little time but the modding began shortly after I bought it, Being on a very tight budget and having far more ability than funds I have to do virtually everything myself such as fabbing the intake, building the harnesses for the HID conversion and even fixing the HID's as both were damaged when I got them.
I like the clean look, not a lot of clutter and it doesn't scream "look at me". I try to keep the car as clean as possible although its daily driven year round here in Minnesota.
The car has never failed me even after sitting outside for two days last winter without moving during the coldest streatch we've had in years, the standing air temp that weekend never got above -10 F.

This car will be with me for a long, long time.

Mine still works as well after 110K miles.

Of course when it does die, I'm not going to call Steve and order another one, I'm going to call Steve and have him send me the one from his car instead!

LOL, I never said it was the original. I'm on my third audiophile as well. I just pick up used ones when I run across good deals.

Now that's just misrepresentation right there!
